Neufeld is Vice-President of Consulting and a Senior Analyst at M:Metrics, the leading mobile measurement firm. Previously, he was Vice-President of Industry Analysis at NPDTechworld (www.npdtechworld.com). There he focused on developing advisory services analyzing technological convergence and its impact on key consumer and business sectors for clients like AOL, SONY, and HP.


Starting in 1996, Neufeld was part of the research & management team at Jupiter Research (www.jupiterresearch.com) most recently as Senior Vice President of Global Research. In that role he managed Jupiter's research charter for marketing & media, industries, international (non-US) research, as well as overseeing all research operations. Previous to that he served as both Senior Vice President of International Research and Deputy Managing Director, European Operations.


Along with Marc Johnson (and Peter Storck), Neufeld was a founding analyst of Jupiter's well-known digital advertising research practice, where he was both a senior analyst as well as practice director and developed the first online advertising forecasts and analysis anywhere.


Before Jupiter, Neufeld was a principal analyst at WebTrack, covering the first developments in interactive advertising and marketing, as well as holding a variety of marketing positions in the publishing industry.
